Terms
Term: The minimum term will be 3 months from the Commencement Date with automatic renewal thereafter until or unless determined by either party on not less than 3 months written notice.
Carriage Fee: The indicative fees for each bitrate are detailed above and will be payable monthly in advance. (There is no requirement to make a selection at this time).
Statutory Consents: The Service Provider will need to obtain all necessary statutory consents including but not limited to a C-DSP/DSP licence from Ofcom.
Assignment: Nothing contained herein constitutes a guarantee of carriage. In the event of over subscription, Multiplex Company will offer carriage to services that signed Heads of Terms (Bid Partners) before the award of licence.
